"just to give people a heads up i have been trying to work with my agent on three problems . i keep getting the run around and have contacted the claims adjusters on my own to try to get some help with all three problems. Know i have been contacted by a third party adjuster company to work on my problems. This is very poor service when my main contact does not even reach out to me to help out with this ."

"I would advise finding a different insurance company, the hassle I have had with contacting this one has been nothing but a hassle. On top of it my policy got changed before the next due date was up, was told to pay another amount due when I already paid up for that month. Ended up paying it, and decided to go with another insurance company and they refuse to give me my refund back."

"EDIT: I have updated my rating after I found the estimate in my junk folder, it was sent. However, I received it one day short of two weeks after I initially went in for the estimate. I received it after I had stopped by two additional times. My experience didn't give me a lot of confidence and I ultimately went through someone else - who was able to give me an estimate while I was in their office. Original review below. ---- I went to get an estimate two weeks ago and was told it would be ready the following Monday. I didn’t hear anything, so stopped in that Wednesday, was told that I would get it most likely the next day. Gave it another week as the next Wednesday I stopped in. I told them I’d give it until Friday before I went elsewhere. It’s Friday evening now and I’ve had no communication. I would have at least liked an update. I don’t believe I should have to wait longer just for an estimate, and I’m feeling that if I ever would need to file a claim, I wouldn’t get prompt service or decent communication. Looking elsewhere."

"First thing is Laura Potter is fantastic! We had a few problems getting house insurance going because of the roof, but she fought for us by getting it extended and even went so far as to talk to our roofer and got him there a month earlier at no extra cost. She really went above and beyond to help us out. Cant give her enough praise but I hope this review helps to show it."

"I was looking to get a quote for car insurance. Laura contacted me right away and we set up an appointment for the following day. She didn't show up. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and set up another appointment. She came to that one but for some reason she couldn't get a quote for my car. She said she was going to contact underwriting to understand why and call me back. That was two weeks ago and I never heard from her. Terrible experience."

"I have been with this company for years, and it deeply concerns me to write this, but the communication I have received over the last month has been unacceptable. Laura has scheduled multiple appointments with me and has forgotten both times. Each time, I had to call her, only to hear, "Oh, sorry, I've been busy," or that she forgot and would call me back. I have yet to receive any follow-up from her. I need immediate assistance with basic policy questions and clarification on my account, as the policy portal provides insufficient information. It as if she doesn't want you to save money providing no information on the multiple car discounts or others. The lack of communication is unacceptable, and I need prompt attention to my inquiries!! It is unprofessional to miss every appointment without providing the courtesy of a timely call back. I expect this matter to be resolved immediately. *Unable to send a email due to one not being provided and my calls go unanswered and not returned. -Pheny"
